1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your package to request a return or refund. For an item to be eligible, it must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
2. Shipping Issues (Lost or Damaged)
Lost in Transit: If the carrier confirms your package is lost, we take full responsibility. We’ll provide a full refund or a free reshipment.
Damaged Arrival: If your item arrives damaged, contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a refund or a replacement right away.
3. Customized Items
Please note that personalized/customized items are final sale, unless they arrive defective or with a printing error. In such cases, we’ll reprint and reship the item at no cost to you.

5. Refund Processing
Approval: Once your request is approved, the refund will be sent to your original payment method.

6. Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (defective or wrong item), we cover all shipping costs. For other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
